For over 20 years, I worked inside corporate Human Resources and Recruitment — building teams, running searches, and sitting close enough to hiring decisions to see exactly what separated candidates who got the offer from candidates who didn't. Too often, it wasn't ability. It was positioning. Talented people were being overlooked simply because no one had ever shown them how to translate their experience into a story that landed.
At the same time, I watched growing companies struggle with HR practices that were expensive, outdated, and disconnected from what actually moves a business forward.
In 2021, I founded NeoHR Consulting Group to address both sides of that same problem. On one side, we help professionals — from new grads to C-suite executives — get clear on their value and learn to communicate it, using our proprietary DrivePath Methodology™. On the other, we give small to mid-size organizations the outsourced HR and recruiting support they need to build strong teams without the overhead of a full internal HR department.
Today, NeoHR has guided more than 500 professionals through career transformations, maintains a client retention rate near 90%, and partners with organizations across Life Sciences, Agriculture, Sustainable Energy, and beyond.
